Zone 1: Frisian lakes and canals, boundary lakes
Zone 2: IJsselmeer, Markermeer, Waddenzee as far as the outer buoys. |

| NORTH SEA |
| Allowed only after permission in advance and with yachts of more than 10 m (33 ft.) , with a VHF and the prescribed safety equipment on board. |

| You’ll find the complete safety and rescue equipment described in the standard inventory. |
| |
| NAVIGATION LICENSE/EXPERIENCE |
| Every charterer should have enough sailing experience in order to sail the yacht as a good skipper. |
| |
| INVENTORY / INSTRUCTION |
| The checking of the inventory and the BOAT INSTRUCTION will take at least one hour. We advise you to check the inventory with 2 persons before all luggage and the complete company are on board. After checking the inventory list must be signed for agreement and handed in at our office. |

| INSTRUCTION |
| Before departure you’ll get extensive INSTRUCTIONS about the operation and functioning of the yacht. |

| VHF |
| Can principally only be used if someone on board has a license. | |
| PROBLEMS WITH THE YACHT |
| Please call us; so we can help you to solve the problem. |
| |
| DAMAGE |
| Please call us immediately if you have any damage: during daytime and evening 0514-682008. Furthermore you ought to note the data about the opposite party, in particular names and addresses of skipper and insurance company. |

| DISPUTES |
| Disputes will be brought before the Arbitration Board Water Recreation. |
| |
| LAW |
| Dutch law applies to all disputes, see further the rental agreement, art. 14. |
| |
| INSURANCE |
| All yachts are extensively insured (incl. third-party insurance) with an own risk equal to the deposit. |
| |
| COSTS |
| PAYMENT |
| 50% of the rent at the signing of the rental agreement + the cost of the cancelation insurance; the remaining 50% + 4 weeks before departure. |
| |
| RENT |
| The rent is always excl. the use of camping gas (cooking), diesel oil, harbour dues and bedclothes, unless otherwise stated in the annexe to the rental agreement. | |
| CANCELLATION INSURANCE |
| Together with the rental agreement to be signed we send you the application forms for the cancellation insurance. Please note on this form the names of all participants. The premium is 5,5% of the rent + 7,5% insurance tax of the premium + EURO 3,50 policy fee. Cancellation insurance is voluntary. |

| ADDITIONAL COSTS |
| DIESEL OIL |
| The yacht is to be returned with a full diesel tank. |
| |
| GAS CONSUMPTION |
| You will be charged for the gas consumption: per weekend € 10.-, per midweek € 15.- and weekly € 20.- |
| |
| DOG ON BOARD |
| Extra price: EURO 8 per weekend, EURO 18 weekly. |
| |
| CLEANING COST |
|
The cleaningcosts are € 1.80 per ft. But aslo you have to return the ship cleaned up. |
|
BOOKINGCOSTS
€ 10.- per booking. |

| We make a reservation because of possible changes of exchange rate and tax rate, misprints and other mistakes. |

| Coming from the south please take the A50 as far as the exit LEMMER/BALK. Near Balk you drive 10 km direction KOUDUM/BOLSWARD as far as the exit HEMELUM/STAVOREN.
